Scottish walking, scrambling and rock
From our base in Newtonmore, Inverness shire we offer a range of activites in Scotland. These include, walking, scrambling and rock climbing.
For our walking courses we cover all of Scotland and are wiling to take private groups on any Scotish mountain range. Much of our work is based around The Cairngorms and Ben Nevis and the Isle of Skye.
Scrambling, again, takes place in all areas, however we focus a lot on the Cullin of Skye and all the classic scrambles.
Our rock climbing courses are based from Newtonmore but again, our guides are happy to travel where the best weather conditons are and this optimisinses you climbing time and allows all participants exerience a variety of rock types. We cover safe climbing , stance organisation, rope selection and use, placing protection, falling, catching, lowering, hauling, self rescue and assisted rescue. It is a technical course, where you will be working on steep ground, some indoor, some single pitch and multi pitched crags.
We cater for beginners throught to experienced climbers
Note, your own camping fees,bunk houses, hotels and feeding are not included in our price but we are happy to arrange and price this for you if required.

Its September now and while we can and often do get fantastic weather here in Scotland.. most of our courses are comeing to an end. We still provide Private guiding for anything from Hill walking through to Scrambling and rock climbing. The Cairngorms, Torridon , Glencoe and of course the Cullins in Skye are often great in September and October, so please contact us foif you wish to vscramble, walk or climb!
Prices for set courses are shown below. Private guiding proces from from £160.00 per day fora guide and transport back and forth.
