How to Book
To make a booking, please go to BOOKING DETAILS:
You may find it helpful to read this first!
For all bookings we ask that you ideally contact us first to ensure that the trip is the right one for you. If it is then please complete the booking form and the liability release form and send these to us (electronically or by mail). Include with this your initial booking deposit, or tell us that you paid it using "Pay Pal " or a credit card. We apprecite it if you can mention the TRIP CODE, however please note that for private guiding and courses we do not use such codes.
You can of course book with out doing the initial contact thing and if you are in a rush or we are away in a remote mountaineering location, then its fine and it does work!. Similar to above, you should send us the completed forms along with your deposit. Once we receive this we will contact you to check that this is the trip you want and if we can accomodate you. We will refund your initial booking deposit if we cannot accomodate you. But obvoiusly that gives us all some extra administrative work to do, so really its best if you contact us first, just to ensure that every thing is as you would like it before you go through all the administrative work!
We would appreciate it if you can keep in mind that we are very active mountain guides and while our bookings secretary does her best she is not always sitting right by the phone as everyone involved in our mounatin guiding company are active outdoor people! This means that email is the best way to contact us, but we do have a phone and if you do not catch us in, please leave a message with your best contact numbers and we will get in touch with you. Letters also work, but do take a bit longer!
We are really keen to chat to you as we wish to ensure that the trip you are choosing is right for you, and there is really no point in you taking the time to complete all the forms and sending us a payment if we cannot accomodate you, so please email or phone us first.
