Advanced Winter Mountaineering/Climbing courses
This five day course commences on Sunday mornings ( if your arrival time suits we often meet on the Saturday evening) for an introductory brief. We usually get on to the hill and carry out a refresher on your existing skills and hope to expand your knowlede of introductory but vital skills and then with your guide you will climb routes each day. You will be working on steeper ground, and should have previous winter experience. This is a stimulating course with the opportunity to complete many graded climbs with a high standard of instruction and coaching on a maximum of one guide to two client ratio. It's a complete experience tailored to your personal skill level with the aim of getting you up good climbs and coaching you on the vast experienced based skillsl as your travel to and from the climbs. We can climb in several different Scottish Winter climbing areas during these five days which adds further interest and learning opportunities to the week.

Courses commence every Sunday morning from 11th December 2010 until 07th April 11 depending on snow conditions.
