Introductory Lake District Rock
Aimed at beginners this is course is run on a ratio of one Guide/instructor to two students.
Touch Nature, get creative and unwind
This course is for people who have had some previous rock climbing and wish to experience some of the Lakeland classic rock climbs under the supervision and coaching of qualified guide.
This five day holiday is to introduce you to hill walking in the Lake district. Being accompanied by an experienced and qualified instructor.
This five day course is aimed at people who already climb. We cover safe climbing , stance organisation, rope selection and use, placing protection, falling, catching, lowering, hauling, self rescue and assisted rescue.
